El fallo de aislamiento era visible d\u00edas antes: nadie lo grab\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-18834 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zmdetech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1990695472389427200161619.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"330\" height=\"608\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"auto\">Acciones inmediatas cuando detecte cobre expuesto<\/h2>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Opci\u00f3n 1 - Aislamiento de emergencia (s\u00f3lo arreglo temporal)<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Utilice <strong>cinta aislante el\u00e9ctrica de alta calidad<\/strong> espec\u00edficamente clasificados para cables de soldadura:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li><strong>La mejor elecci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Cinta el\u00e9ctrica de vinilo 3M\u2122 33+ o 130C Scotch\u00ae (clasificaci\u00f3n 600 V, 105 \u00b0C) + cinta de silicona autofusible como capa exterior.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nunca utilice<\/strong>: Cinta adhesiva normal, cinta barata de \u201cferreter\u00eda\u201d o cinta aislante dom\u00e9stica: se derrite o se despega con el calor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Procedimiento correcto de encintado<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Apague y ponga en LOTO la soldadora.<\/li>\n<li>Limpie y seque la zona.<\/li>\n<li>Aplique dos capas medio solapadas de cinta de vinilo.<\/li>\n<li>Acabado con dos capas de cinta de silicona autofusible para mayor resistencia a la abrasi\u00f3n y al calor.<\/li>\n<li>Etiquete la reparaci\u00f3n: \u201cTEMPORAL - SUSTITUYA EL CABLE LO ANTES POSIBLE\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Opci\u00f3n 2 - Fijaci\u00f3n permanente (siempre preferible)<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Sustituya todo el cable o la secci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Las reparaciones temporales con cinta s\u00f3lo son aceptables hasta el final del turno.
