La d\u00e9faillance de l'isolation \u00e9tait visible depuis plusieurs jours - personne ne l'avait scotch\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-18834 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zmdetech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1990695472389427200161619.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"330\" height=\"608\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"auto\">Mesures imm\u00e9diates \u00e0 prendre en cas de d\u00e9couverte de cuivre expos\u00e9<\/h2>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Option 1 - Isolation d'urgence (fixation temporaire uniquement)<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Utiliser <strong>ruban isolant \u00e9lectrique de haute qualit\u00e9<\/strong> sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour les c\u00e2bles de soudage :<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li><strong>Meilleur choix<\/strong>: Ruban \u00e9lectrique en vinyle Scotch\u00ae 3M\u2122 33+ ou 130C (classement 600 V, 105 \u00b0C) + ruban de silicone auto-fusible comme couche ext\u00e9rieure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ne jamais utiliser<\/strong>: Ruban adh\u00e9sif ordinaire, ruban bon march\u00e9 de la quincaillerie ou ruban \u00e9lectrique domestique - il fond ou se d\u00e9tache sous l'effet de la chaleur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Proc\u00e9dure d'enregistrement correcte<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Mettez le poste de soudure hors tension et mettez-le hors tension.<\/li>\n<li>Nettoyez et s\u00e9chez la zone.<\/li>\n<li>Appliquez deux couches de ruban vinyle \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 superpos\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Terminez par deux couches de ruban de silicone auto-fondant pour la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'abrasion et \u00e0 la chaleur.<\/li>\n<li>Marquez la r\u00e9paration : \u201cTEMPORAIRE - REMPLACER LE C\u00c2BLE AU PLUS VITE\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Option 2 - Fixation permanente (toujours pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable)<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Remplacer l'ensemble du c\u00e2ble ou de la section<\/strong>. Les r\u00e9parations temporaires \u00e0 l'aide de ruban adh\u00e9sif ne sont acceptables que jusqu'\u00e0 la fin de la p\u00e9riode de travail.
