Working Principle

The H-beam straightening machine utilizes upper straightening rollers and a lower straightening roller mechanism. Two upper rollers apply pressure on both sides of the flange plate, while the lower roller presses the center of the flange. The motor-driven gearbox powers the straightening rollers to exert downward force, correcting the deformed flange plate. This process ensures precise and efficient straightening, maintaining welding quality.

The machine employs a lever-type die design using upper rollers and drive rollers. This design ensures continuous, stable over-bending deformation, allowing the flange plate to recover elastically to the desired straightened shape.
