Flame/Plasma Cutting Machine

Automatic H-Beam One-Shot Production Line

This production line boasts 33 patents and a high level of automation. It can achieve the production capacity of dozens of workers with just two operators, thereby reducing labor costs, saving materials, and lowering energy consumption. Compared to traditional equipment, it improves efficiency by 60%. Beam Welding Machine

The ZMDE H-beam welding and straightening machine is a patented product with 26 patents. This innovative machine combines the functions of traditional forming machines, gantry welding machines, and straightening machines. It can be operated by a single person, saving space and reducing the need for multiple crane lifts. The machine performs hot welding and hot straightening simultaneously, eliminating the need for a separate straightening process after welding. This increases production efficiency by approximately 50% and reduces energy consumption by about 56%. It is suitable for welding various steel components across more than 20 industries, including assembled buildings and bridge engineering.
